Yes! Your Outplacement Support programme will be designed to meet your specific requirements.
For example, you may wish for us to arrange group sessions with your staff while they are going through a redundancy consultation period, and then provide them with 1-2-1 or Online sessions after their employment with you has ended.
If you feel that our online courses are the best option for supporting your staff, we will provide them with a series of individual logins, which they can use to access our training courses wherever and whenever they choose.
We will certainly provide guidance and recommendations but, ultimately, we will listen carefully to your requirements and create a program that works best for your unique circumstances.
